Return & Refund Policy

We only accept refund/exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. product was damaged during shipping;
  2. or wrong product was delivered;
  3. or product not received after 60 days 

1) Product was damaged during shipping

In case the product was damaged, please email info@zenbreaker.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you.

2) Wrong product was delivered

In case the wrong product was delivered, please email info@zenbreaker.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you or you may choose a refund instead.

3) Product not received after 60 days 

If the mail service loses your order, we will give you a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable. 

14 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Within 14 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason, as long as the products are not worn, washed or damaged.  We will give you a refund or exchange as long as the items have been shipped. Customers have to pay for return shipping.

If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, please email info@zenbreaker.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
