What is the Shipping cost?

Please check the shipping cost at checkout. The cost varies based on location and order value.

What countries can I ship my order to?

We can ship to any country in the world including United States, United Kingdom, Canada and European countries, although shipping carriers and delivery times may vary.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard Shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery to the Europe, and other international destinations, while Speed Post (FedEx) offers faster delivery in 3 to 6 business days. However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 45 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable. 

If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email info@zenbreaker.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.

Who pays for customs and import taxes?

For customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU, duties, VAT, and import taxes are usually covered by us.

For customers in all other countries, VAT, customs, and duty fees may be applied by the destination country, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
