Shipping Information

For order more than USD$90, the shipping cost will be free. 

What is the Shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs USD12.99.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD90.00. 

Speed Post costs USD24.00 for order value under USD90.00.

Speed Post costs USD36.00 for order value over USD90.00.

What countries can I ship my order to?

We ship to any country in the world from Hong Kong. 

Shipping Information 

Packages will be sent by registered air mail via Hong Kong Post. An online tracking number will be provided. 

Shipping time takes 10 to 18 working days for USA, Europe and the rest of world. (subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc.) However, mail delay does happen. Please contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If the mail service loses your order, we will send you a new one for free or you can choose to receive a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if your order has not arrived in less than 45 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable.
